Gmail access
We only request permission to send email (gmail.send). Emails always come from your own address. You can disconnect Gmail anytime in Settings.
Tracking
Tracked emails include a small image used to detect opens. This only works if the recipient’s email app loads images. Open data is shown only to you on your account.
Storage and security
Data is stored with Firebase and our hosting providers. Access is limited to running the product and helping users. No system is perfectly secure; we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How long we keep data
We keep account and application data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and related data. Billing records may be kept as required by law.
Third parties
We use Google (sign-in and Gmail), Firebase, our payment provider, and email delivery for notices. Each has its own privacy policy for the services they provide.
